The Problem
We live in a very fast-paced world, where each moment is planned out.
From the moment we wake up in the morning to the evening when we fall into bed with utter exhaustion, the day is made up of a million different tasks and chores.
In between the race of trying to do our variety of tasks we are also required to remember what the following tasks are.
It has often happened to me that out of an effort not to forget the next task I forgot what I need to do now – or at worst – I just forgot everything.
There is nothing more frightening and frustrating than the feeling that you have something to do and you just do not remember what it is…
User Research
The surveys and interviews revealed a few core user needs in goal setting and task management. Overall, people reported the desire for a product that would not only help them stay organised and keep track of goals and tasks, but to be able to clearly see how tasks are related to goals, and the progress they are making towards accomplishing the goals as well.

The Solution
I created a system that in registering for the app sorts you according to the desired use: private use (including personal tasks and work), use for a small startup company (1-10 people), a small company (10+ people) and a large company (100+ people).
The app adapts itself to the right use and helps you maintain your schedule, tasks and objectives.
The tasks are divided into colors according to their category and there is a tab for work and a tab for personal life thus helping you in all areas of your life.

This app is for managing all your “Daily Tasks” for increasing your productivity. The app is a simple mixup of Task Manager & To-Do that helps you get stuff done in an organised way. Whether your task is to accomplish projects, work todos, learning languages, mastering skills, sports or travel, etc. this app will help you to collect, keep, organise and remind you about all your tasks you have to do on that day or in coming days.
